Altiani (code postal 20251) est une commune de Haute-Corse, situé dans la microrégion de la Costa Serena (Oriente). Ce village compte une cinquantaine d’habitants appelés “Altianais”.
Plusieurs hameaux composent la commune, on compte : Altiani village, Focicchia et Collo.
Le Pont génois et la chapelle Saint-Jean sont classés monuments historiques.
La chapelle San Roccu, fait aujourd’hui office de Mairie. San Roccu, dont la fête est célébrée le 16 août, est le patron du village.
